THE ROLE As Director of Strategy and Business Operations, you will serve as a strategic operational leader driving the execution of Everpure’s R&D strategy and product priorities. Partnering directly with R&D executives, Product Management, Finance, and Engineering leadership, you will translate corporate objectives into integrated operating plans, resource allocations, and governance frameworks. You will align headcount, OpEx, and CapEx investments to high-impact initiatives while establishing performance scorecards that accelerate engineering effectiveness and decision-making speed across the enterprise. WHAT YOU'll DO Strategic & Operational Planning: Translate R&D priorities into integrated operating plans, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional execution roadmaps that align investments with corporate goals. Investment & Resource Optimization: Oversee R&D headcount, OpEx, CapEx, and infrastructure resource planning, delivering data-backed recommendations to guide executive prioritization and trade-off decisions. Engineering & Business Performance Metrics: Establish R&D scorecards and performance metrics that convert operational data into actionable insights, shifting business reviews toward proactive risk mitigation and outcome-driven decisions. Governance & Operating Cadence: Design and manage executive operating mechanisms, business reviews, and planning forums that ensure clear accountability, decision follow-through, and organizational clarity without unnecessary process friction. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
