### Registered Nurse Responsibilities include

- Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documents.
- Observe and record the condition of patients.
- Coordinate and manage care for the patients, while working closely with other healthcare professionals.
- Supervising junior staff.
- Provide information and emotional support to patients and relatives.
- Administer medication via appropriate route.
- Discharge planning.
### Registered General Nurse Role Requirements

- NMC Registration 6 months.
- Minimum 6 months experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
- To meet compliance requirement including DBS.
- Right to work in the UK- Proof will be required.
