We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.

Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Materials Program Manager to drive material planning, inventory readiness, and supply chain execution as we scale our robotic systems.

In this role, you'll own demand forecasting, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, material procurement planning, and inventory optimization to ensure materials are available when and where they're needed. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Fleet Operations to improve material visibility, reduce shortages, and support production and customer deployments.

- Drive adequate levels of inventory in the warehouse, including excess parts management and scrap.
- Support fleet material needs. This includes tracking the deliveries fleet consumables and failure spares deliveries, fleet specific buffer stock strategies, and tracking fleet spare consumptions.
Tools development

- Create and Improve custom tools for material readiness reporting, such as CTBs, expediting reports, build program-level readiness view, and more.
- Manage MRP accuracy.. This includes the data integrity and timeliness of items such as forecast demand rosters, BOMs, safety stock, inventory, fleet consumption, work order closures, sales order closures...
Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
