## Description (the employer's text)

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Lead Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment team.

Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

### About the role

Oscar Medical Group runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in an evaluation and management visit.

The Lead Physician is responsible for delivering quality care to a panel of patients as part of a multidisciplinary team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistant in a virtual environment. This role will oversee a team of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care to their patients and supporting them in Oscar strategic initiatives.

You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment
