### Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production systems in real time, identify issues, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and capacity problems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Support daily market operations, including system startup and shutdown procedures, application updates, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with clients, network providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain operational documentation and procedures to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with developers and engineering teams to address operations-related challenges and implement solutions.
### Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in data center, trading, or network operations.
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing).
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, regex) and tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Certifications relevant to systems operations or infrastructure management.
