The Role
As Vice President of Finance, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how financial insight drives decisions across LTSE. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you’ll work across the enterprise to strengthen financial reporting and planning, bring greater visibility to performance and resource needs, and help leaders navigate important business decisions with clarity and confidence. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys moving between the details and the big picture, bringing deep financial expertise while building the models, processes, and insights that help the business operate effectively and plan for the future. Working closely with the Senior Accountant and leaders across LTSE, you’ll have significant ownership and influence, with the opportunity to continue evolving the finance function as the company grows.
