A large portion of your time will focus on interview scheduling and coordination, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers to manage logistics and keep the process moving. You’ll also manage recruiting workflows and data in Greenhouse and Gem, building reports and dashboards that turn recruiting activity into actionable insights. This role offers the autonomy to identify opportunities, propose ideas, and own projects that improve how we hire.
