## Description (the employer's text)

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking an Oracle Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to help agency teams prepare for and adopt a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation. You will identify and engage stakeholders, assess impacts and readiness, coordinate communications and workshops, and surface concerns and adoption risks early. This role offers the opportunity to shape how a major federal agency prepares its workforce for a long-term financial modernization.

Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.
