About The Role

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced, and energetic Technical Program Manager to lead strategic partnerships across multiple partners, with a focus on memory co-innovation projects. You will coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver exclusive programs and cutting-edge features to market and customers.

You will operate across complex technical disciplines, navigate ambiguity, and exercise independent judgment to develop program goals aligned with HP’s long-term vision. This is a high-visibility role requiring frequent interaction with senior management from key partners and executive leadership across HP Personal Systems Engineering, Business Units, and Pan-HP teams.

What You Might Do

  • Lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams, from ideation through implementation, with defined timelines, resources, and outcomes.
  • Act as the central point of contact for memory co-innovation projects across partners, aligning technical roadmaps with engineering teams across disciplines.
  • Manage the implementation of proofs of concept by guiding engineering teams, coordinating across parties, and ensuring learnings are captured and shared.
  • Drive innovation and the integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects to deliver solutions to market.
  • Define key milestones, critical deliverables, and program support requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead and influence efforts across Pan-HP business units to ensure relevant teams are represented and solutions follow HP practices.
  • Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and executives.
  • Synthesize complex program data into clear progress reports, risk analyses, and escalation paths for HP executives and partner stakeholders.
  • Review and evaluate program plans, providing actionable feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization’s program management framework.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typically 6–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Experience developing and using project and program planning tools to create, manage, and track results.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs, including briefing executives, working with Scrum teams, negotiating with business groups, and directing matrix teams and resources.
  • Ability to independently lead and influence diverse teams across organizational, cultural, and time zone boundaries.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sufficient technical depth to engage engineering teams and challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical plans, proposals, and results and negotiating options with senior management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a strong focus on delivery and customer impact.
