Overview:

Qsight is at the point where the next phase depends on decisions being made now: which partnerships, which markets, which story. This person will have direct access to the Managing Director who will treat you as a partner and the backing of an established business behind it.

This is a newly created role where this person will operate as the Managing Director’s right hand to own and drive what matters most: the partnerships that open new capability and new distribution, the positioning that makes us the obvious choice, and the analysis that determines which markets we enter next.

It is a three-way split across partnerships, marketing, and strategy where responsibilities may include negotiating a commercial agreement, reframing how a product line goes to market, or building the model behind a go-to market strategy for a new category. You will start as an individual contributor with direct access to executive leadership, our data, and our customers, with the potential to build a team as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Partnerships: Own the sourcing, structure, and closing of strategic commercial partnerships across technology platforms, industry organizations, manufacturers, and complementary data providers, then help drive the internal execution that makes them produce.
  • Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, categories, and customer segments, and build the sizing, competitive analysis, and go-to-market approach behind entering them.
  • Positioning: Own how Qsight shows up in market, along with demand generation, thought leadership, and the proof points that shorten sales cycles.
  • Strategy and corporate development: Weigh build, buy, and partner alternatives, run diligence on what's worth pursuing, and prepare board- and investor-grade analysis.

What you Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field is highly preferred
  • 7+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or growth in healthcare data, health technology, or life sciences, with a strong track record of performance at a high-level
  • Go-to-market/industry experience in medical aesthetics or cash-pay healthcare is a significant advantage, along with existing relationships across manufacturers, providers, investors, or industry organizations
  • Exposure across commercial, marketing, and analytical work
  • The quantitative depth and analytical thinking to build a market model in Excel and defend its assumptions to a senior stakeholder
  • Strong writing and presentation skills to articulate market research, insights and strategy to influence leadership and stakeholder buy-in
  • Fluency in AI to leverage applications, tools and use cases
  • Comfort with ambiguity, accountability and being the only person on a project

What We Offer:

The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000-$240,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.

You will also be eligible for the following benefits:

  • 15 PTO days, 10 legal holidays, and sick days
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Will match up to 10% of employee contribution for 401(k), life insurance, paid time-off and parental leave plans
  • Commuter benefits and a corporate gym rate
  • Development opportunities through the LinkedIn Learning platform
  • Free snacks and beverages in the office
  • Friday happy hour and “Summer Fridays”
  • Year-round corporate athletic league
  • Casual work environment, team building, and other social events
