### HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Licensing, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align priorities, resolve blockers, and keep multiple fine art programs on track.
- Establish and maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting across active programs, serving as the connective tissue between internal stakeholders and external artist partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Social teams to align product launches, content timelines, and in-person event activations, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

- Manage the operational workflow for website releases, ensuring product data, imagery, and availability are accurate and aligned with launch timelines so fans receive a consistent, high-quality purchase experience.
- Monitor live product status and resolve discrepancies that could impact customer experience or sales, acting quickly to protect the fan-facing presentation of each fine art program.
- Lead real-time operational execution for in-person events, shows, and activations, making on-the-spot decisions that uphold the integrity of the fan and collector experience.
- Oversee submission workflows to licensors, ensuring compliance with approval requirements so that product reaches fans through properly authorized channels.
