ROLE OVERVIEW
The Fine Art Coordinator serves as the operational lead for the Fine Art program, driving execution across internal teams and external partners. This role manages the end-to-end performance of multiple artist programs, ensuring compliance across licensing, product setup, logistics, and finance — with direct ownership of workflows spanning SKU governance, inventory movement, event activations, and website product launches. The Fine Art Administrator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT
Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

- Coordinate with Marketing and Social teams to align product launches, content timelines, and in-person event activations, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Manage the operational workflow for website releases, ensuring product data, imagery, and availability are accurate and aligned with launch timelines so fans receive a consistent, high-quality purchase experience.
- Monitor live product status and resolve discrepancies that could impact customer experience or sales, acting quickly to protect the fan-facing presentation of each fine art program.
- Lead real-time operational execution for in-person events, shows, and activations, making on-the-spot decisions that uphold the integrity of the fan and collector experience.
- Oversee submission workflows to licensors, ensuring compliance with approval requirements so that product reaches fans through properly authorized channels.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and policies, identifying workflow risks, bottlenecks, or delays and implementing corrective actions before they escalate.
