Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (12 Month FTC) to shape people strategy and drive meaningful outcomes at Easygo—a crew surpassing 1,500 globally, powering Stake and KICK, two of the world’s largest online entertainment and livestreaming platforms. You’ll partner with senior leaders across some of our most technical and innovative teams, close to where fast-moving decisions get made. You’ll have the autonomy to understand complex business challenges and shape how our teams grow in a business moving at pace.

What you’ll build with us

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work. No two Service Lines run the same playbook here, so you’ll understand each one’s context, diagnose what’s holding it back, and build people plans that move it forward. You’ll partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and the structural decisions that shape how divisions scale, taking ownership of delivery and connecting the business with the expertise and support P&C offers.

Who is Easygo?

We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make

Strategic Partnership

  • Build deep business context for your portfolio and be a trusted advisor to leaders and their teams.
  • Co-create people plans with your leaders, grounded in data, that set out the problems to solve and opportunities to chase.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent strategy and performance, helping build effective team structures and leadership capability as the business scales.
  • Use data and insights to diagnose root causes, coach leaders and orchestrate delivery through the right centres of excellence.

Cyclical Program Execution

  • Lead the delivery of cyclical people programs across your portfolio, so every area gets a consistent experience.
  • Make cyclical programs count as real data and feedback loops, not compliance checkboxes.
  • Work with centres of excellence to keep improving how these programs run.

Employee Relations & Leadership Enablement

  • Give pragmatic guidance on ER matters, from performance management to separations, keeping outcomes fair and compliant.
  • Coach leaders to handle people matters themselves, reducing day-to-day reliance on HR over time.
  • Lead formal investigations and complex ER matters end to end.
  • Spot patterns in ER activity and surface systemic risks to leadership with recommended fixes.

Your track record

  • Proven senior partnering experience, owning and delivering business outcomes through a people lens.
  • A track record of coaching and influencing senior leaders, holding a position and landing tough messages without losing the relationship.
  • Building and executing people plans grounded in data and measurable against commercial outcomes.
  • Managing the full spectrum of ER matters, from performance management to complex separations, across Australian employment law.
  • Leading cyclical people programs like performance cycles, remuneration reviews and workforce planning, on time and to a high standard.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data literacy, talking business numbers first and turning workforce insights into a compelling story.
  • Experience partnering with leaders across technical, product or similarly complex business functions, with an understanding of the workforce challenges, talent dynamics and organisational structures that support high-performing teams.
