What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onsite interviews, managing logistics, ensuring interviewer readiness, and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Champion a top-tier, highly personal candidate experience in close collaboration with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers by ensuring timely follow-ups, warm candidate interactions, and clear communication throughout the interview lifecycle.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms (company website, job boards, and social media).
  • Manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
  • Support talent operations efforts and processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist with cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding support and collaboration with other HR functions to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Track key candidate experience metrics, create insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the recruiting team.
  • Support employer branding and talent branding initiatives to elevate Druva’s reputation as an employer of choice across social channels and recruiting campaigns.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a candidate-facing HR role with a strong focus on candidate experience, systems, and process management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) is strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of recruitment workflows, ATS administration, and recruiting metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and candidate engagement.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent ownership, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
