What You’ll Do: - Define a cohesive product vision and establish roadmaps, metrics, and goals with cross-functional peers. - Champion product excellence and empower your team to deliver it. - Build, develop, and lead a talented, diverse, global design team. - Evolve how the team designs and builds with AI. - Partner with Design peers to strengthen the design organization’s processes, tools, and capabilities. ### Who You Are - 12+ years in product design, including 5+ years managing managers. - A portfolio demonstrating design leadership, craft, end-to-end ownership, and product excellence. - Strong customer advocacy, with design decisions grounded in data and business context. - Experience building complex products, ideally B2B SaaS - Understanding of the software development lifecycle and enthusiasm for guiding teams to prototype in code and ship with AI.
