基本要求：

•有扎实的技术理论基础, 计算机, 数学,物理, 电子等专业优先.

• 熟悉self-harness的最新方向的实现方法, 有落地经验优先.

• 主导基于 LLM/多模态模型的 Multi-Agent 系统架构设计与核心开发，涵盖长周期托管型 Agent、沙箱执行环境分层上下文管理、持久化存储及 Function Calling 编排等核心工程问题。

• 具备复杂 Agent/RAG 系统从方案设计到线上落地的端到端交付经验。

• 熟悉 Memory、Long Context、Planning、Tool Use 等前沿方向，能快速完成论文到工程的转化落地。

• 熟悉一种以上AI开发框架 包括 LangChain/LangGraph/Deerflow/Claude Code/Hermes 等主流 Agent 框架，具备高并发、高可用的后端架构设计能力。

• 良好的工程架构基本功, 对常见的设计模式有深入的理解, 有一定的开源框架源码能力
