The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment operation and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team. The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: ### 1. Operational Oversight / Team Management - Supervise pick-and-pack operations in a FREEZER, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards. - Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift. - Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise. - Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance. - Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. - Work effectively in a cold storage environment, while training team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines. ### 2. Reporting and Communication - Use a combination of Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics. - Communicate effectively using tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management. - Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions. ### 3.
