Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Reports to: Sеnior Manager, Product Management

A quick snapshot…

As a Senior Product Manager on the Conga Discovery team, you will be responsible for shaping our advanced metadata extraction capabilities on top of the Conga platform. You’ll leverage your expertise in AI - and ideally Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)—to define and deliver next-generation solutions that streamline how our customers discover, process, and analyze critical business data. You’ll need to be hands-on, comfortable doing demos, managing implementations, and running scrum teams to ensure we deliver exceptional value to customers.

Why it’s a big deal…

Our customers rely on Conga’s solutions to automate some of their most business-critical workflows. By harnessing Discovery for metadata extraction, we’re enabling enterprises to identify key terms, risks, and opportunities hidden within their documents at scale. In this role, you’ll be a critical driver of product innovation—your work will shape the future of AI-driven document analysis and help customers reduce manual processes, improve compliance, and gain strategic insights faster.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

Relevant Experience.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally involving data extraction, AI, or document automation solutions.
  • Hands-on background in delivering enterprise-grade products, from conception through launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience is preferred, coupled with a deep understanding of customer use cases.
  • Practical knowledge of AI or machine learning concepts, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business benefits.

Research and Creativity.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in metadata extraction, AI, and document automation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to conceptualize and prototype new features or enhancements.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback, iterate product requirements, and prioritize feature development for maximum impact.

Leadership skills.

  • Work cross-functionally to run scrum teams, ensure backlogs are clearly defined, and address blockers.
  • Comfortably manage implementations and maintain close collaboration with professional services, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Provide live demos of Discovery features to internal stakeholders, prospects, and existing customers.

Analyze and prioritize.

  • Use data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions on product enhancements and roadmap.
  • Balance customer requirements with technical feasibility and time-to-market pressures.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities and release updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Customer experience.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that leverage metadata extraction to drive value.
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop, documenting key learnings and using them to refine the product strategy.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure new features are effectively positioned and promoted to maximize adoption.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; a higher degree is a plus.
