This includes safely operating a street sweeper truck along designated routes to remove trash, debris, leaves, and other waste, contributing to the overall appearance and safety of the community. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate the vehicle safely while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. ### Responsibilities • Operate the street sweeper vehicle to remove trash, debris, leaves, and other materials from assigned routes. • Follow safe operating practices, as well as all applicable traffic laws and site protocols. • Conduct inspections of the assigned vehicle and equipment before and after each shift. • Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in exterior areas as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, Janitorial. • Report to the assigned location before the start of the shift wearing the approved ParkX uniform. • Follow all safety protocols and ensure the proper use of cleaning tools and equipment. • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward property staff, residents, clients, and visitors. • Support management teams with special cleaning or maintenance projects as requested. • Keep machinery and supply storage areas organized and free of hazards. • Complete all required documentation at the end of each shift and ensure a proper handoff of responsibilities to the next shift. • Monitor inventory and notify management when additional cleaning materials or supplies are needed. • Report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions in exterior areas to management. • Adhere to assigned cleaning schedules and checklists. • Participate in team meetings and stay informed of operational updates related to site cleaning and maintenance. • Provide coverage for coworkers during absences and assist in different exterior areas as needed. • Be available to work weekends and outside regular business hours, particularly during events or peak-demand periods. • Represent ParkX values and comply with company attendance, uniform, and conduct policies. • Perform other related duties as assigned. ### Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's license with no major driving violations. • Availability to work outside regular business hours and on weekends during events. • Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and develop and maintain strong relationships. • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and effective communication skills. • High level of credibility, dependability, and integrity. • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable while consistently striving for excellence. • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on growth and innovation. • Customer service-oriented and results-driven mindset. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and organizational skills. • Ability to build strong working relationships within a team environment. • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ### Physical Demands • Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods. • Perform repetitive movements continuously. • Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. • Possess manual dexterity to handle tools and other objects. • Work in environments with noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable. • Work in both temperature-controlled indoor environments and outdoor conditions. • Maintain respect for shared workspaces and close physical proximity to others. ### Benefits ### Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) employer matching, life insurance --- Data: alder (https://alderhq.app).
