We operate across data platform development, application platforms, core pipeline evolution, and novel internal product delivery enabling teams across the organization to move fast without accumulating unmaintainable technical debt. ### What You'll Do As a hands-on "player-coach" Engineering Manager on the Revenue Engineering team, you will balance technical leadership with direct execution, actively writing code, building pipelines, prototyping novel GTM applications, and debugging alongside your team. You will lead, coach, and grow a team of high-performing software and data engineers building mission-critical GTM software, data platforms, and internal developer tools on top of Cloudflare's own developer platform (Workers, Kubernetes, Go, TypeScript, SQL, and MCP). You will take ownership of our core platform strategy, balancing fast-paced feature delivery with platform maintainability, data integrity, and operational excellence.
