- Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to bring ML models and AI systems into production, balancing performance, risk, and cost
- Champion responsible AI by embedding governance, explainability, and regulatory considerations into product design and lifecycle
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and AI & data fluency

- Deep knowledge in one or more of the following: retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management, asset management (across advisory, discretionary, or execution-only models), capital markets, investment banking, insurance, or energy.
- Proven experience building or scaling AI, data, or platform-enabled products, including exposure to GenAI or LLM-based applications
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver AI-driven use cases that create measurable impact (revenue, efficiency, engagement)
- Strong leadership skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Track record in driving commercial impact, with experience in user adoption, value creation, and sustainable growth
- Experience working with data-led or platform products
- Understanding of AI, GenAI, or agentic AI concepts and their product applications
