About You

As an Information Manager, you will be an experienced BIM and digital information leader with a proven track record of managing teams, information governance processes and project delivery within complex engineering or construction environments.

You will be passionate about delivering high-quality information management solutions, developing people and implementing best practice processes that improve project outcomes. You will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your background will ideally include:

Significant experience leading BIM and information management teams.

Advanced knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management principles.

Extensive experience using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and associated BIM technologies.

Strong understanding of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information governance.

Experience integrating BIM data with asset management, GIS and operational systems.

Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Solibri, Enscape, Recap and related digital delivery platforms.

Commercial awareness with experience managing resources, budgets and project performance.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement, innovation and digital transformation.

The ability to engage confidently with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to support team development and professional growth.

Manage resource planning and forecasting to ensure effective utilisation and delivery against programme requirements.

Establish performance measurement processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes and technology.

Information & BIM Management

Take overall responsibility for the quality and integrity of BIM and CAD information produced by the team.

Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards, client requirements and internal governance procedures.

Develop, implement and maintain BIM and CAD standards, procedures and workflows.

Manage the integration of record information into operational and configured baselines.

Oversee the production and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project information requirements.

Support information assurance activities and coordinate compliance reviews prior to asset handover.

Project Delivery & Coordination

Lead the delivery of BIM and digital information across multidisciplinary projects.
