Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA. ### Senior Technical Recruiter Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will be own full cycle recruitment and deliver an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process and optimize hiring for specific engineering departments. Ideally you are a self-starter that is capable, motivated, and highly passionate about building organization. ### Role - Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company. - Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data. - Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process. - Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks. - Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative. - Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members. - Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes. ### Requirements - 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company - Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focussed - Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline - Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness - Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making - Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task ### What we offer All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.
