## Description (the employer's text)

The Pricing team owns the commercial architecture behind AppsFlyer's product portfolio: pricing models, packaging, and list price structures. As Senior Pricing Manager, you'll analyze how customers consume and derive value from the platform, turn that into clear pricing recommendations, and maintain and design the models, tools, and materials GTM teams run on.

You'll join at a pivotal moment: we're building an in-house pricing engine and moving our main pricing models onto it. You'll play a hands-on role in that change, from analysis and requirements through to rollout and monitoring. You'll report to the Head of Pricing.

### What you'll do

- Work on and maintain list prices, tiering, and commercial guidelines for a set of product lines.
- Analyze consumption, discounting, and retention data to show where customers get value and where pricing is out of step with it.
- Turn the analyses into clear pricing recommendations, backed by numbers and business cases.
- Support the evolution of our hybrid and usage-based pricing models, including the pricing and packaging changes enabled by our new in-house pricing engine.
- Support new product launches, including AI products, from pilot pricing through to general availability.
- Define requirements and maintain pricing monitoring: dashboards, alerts, and regular reporting on price realization, discounting, overages, and expansion.
- Define business requirements for pricing tools and capabilities, and partner with Product and Technology to test and deliver them.
- Improve pricing processes and approval workflows, using automation and AI tools where they make the work faster.
- Design and maintain the material GTM runs on: pricing guidelines, calculators, approval logic, order-form structure, and enablement.
- Work with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and regional teams to make sure pricing is executed correctly.
### What you have

- 3+ years in pricing, monetization, RevOps, commercial strategy role preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing models.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with large datasets (SQL or similar, plus spreadsheets and BI tools), analyzing and developing pricing models, and explaining how they work.
- Hands-on experience with data across CRM, CPQ or quoting, billing, and product usage systems.
- At least one example where an analysis or model you developed changed what your company charged or how it packaged a product, and how it was rolled out.
- Experience defining requirements for dashboards, monitoring, or pricing tools, and working with Product and Technology to deliver them.
- A track record of aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance, working independently and managing several priorities at once.
- B2B SaaS background; adtech or martech experience is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools to automate analysis or workflows is an advantage.
