About The Role Our People Operations team is growing, and we're looking for a People Operations Specialist to help create a thoughtful, seamless employee experience. In this role, you'll take on the day-to-day of onboarding, HR administration, and company events. About The Work - Own the new hire onboarding experience end-to-end, from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, coordinating logistics across our Fremont, Salem, and Pittsburgh offices and remote team with IT, Facilities, and Recruiting. - Keep our onboarding touchpoints, like new hire orientation, first-week schedules and activities, and buddy programs, fresh and exciting, always bringing new creative ideas that make new hires feel welcomed, confident, and excited to be here. - Plan and support company events, like offsites, family days, summits, and holiday parties, managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and day-of logistics. - Manage day-to-day HRIS administration, processing employee data changes and keeping records accurate and up to date. - Support HR systems, documentation, and workflows, always looking for ways to simplify processes and improve the employee experience. - Work with other team members on adhoc projects.
