ROLE MISSION

Enable how KPM products are brought to market, sold, contracted, activated, monetized, and scaled through connected seller experiences and Salesforce-powered commercial capabilities.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

The Lead Product Manager combines technology, user experience, data, and business strategy to solve meaningful customer and business problems. This role partners closely with commercial, product, operations, marketing, finance, and technology stakeholders to create scalable solutions that improve how KPM products are brought to market, sold, contracted, activated, monetized, and scaled. The role is accountable for delivering measurable business value through product strategy, Salesforce innovation, workflow automation, and continuous improvement of the seller experience.

SUMMARY

The Lead Product Manager serves as the strategic product leader for KPM’s Salesforce platform, defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for enterprise capabilities delivered across Salesforce. The role ensures the platform evolves as a scalable, connected product that supports business growth, operational consistency, trusted data, and sustainable technology practices.

The role leads Salesforce platform strategy across Media Cloud and related capabilities, balancing business priorities with platform health, architectural direction, security, data quality, integration needs, governance, and total cost of ownership. This leader partners with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize reusable platform investments, reduce unnecessary customization, and establish clear standards for how Salesforce capabilities are designed, delivered, and sustained.

The role translates complex business needs into a coherent platform roadmap and well-defined product outcomes. Using strong Salesforce functional and technical knowledge, this leader evaluates cross-platform impacts, guides capability and data-model decisions, manages dependencies, and partners closely with architecture and engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, supportable, and aligned with the long-term Salesforce strategy.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate is a strategic platform product leader who combines deep Salesforce knowledge with strong product judgment and enterprise systems thinking. This individual can define a durable platform vision, connect business demand to reusable capabilities, and make informed tradeoffs across value, architecture, data, security, integration, adoption, and platform health. The candidate creates clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, leads through influence, and establishes the governance, roadmap discipline, and cross-functional alignment needed to scale Salesforce as a trusted enterprise platform.
