Company Overview
STACK Infrastructure builds, owns, and operates hyperscale and colocation data centers that power the world’s most ambitious technology companies. With a rapidly expanding footprint across APAC, STACK combines deep development expertise, flexible capital, and operational discipline to deliver critical digital infrastructure at scale.
Our clients include the largest hyperscale cloud platforms. We are building a regional platform defined by speed of delivery, power reliability, and long-term partnership — and we are assembling the team to lead that effort.
The Position
Reporting to the Senior Technical Operations Manager (Australia)
The Operational Infrastructure Solutions Specialist is responsible for the managing deployment, operation, maintenance, and controlled change of IT / OT infrastructure supporting STACK’s Australian data centre operations.
The role supports critical platforms and services including BMS, EPMS, data centre ICT systems, security applications, CCTV, access control, network infrastructure, server platforms, cloud-integrated services, monitoring systems, and associated management tooling. This will also include managing IT/OT changes into relevant environments and working with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) & CAB teams to ensure all implementations are smooth and without errors.
This is a hands-on technical role operating in a high-availability, customer-critical data centre environment supporting critical workloads with strict SLA, security, compliance, and operational resilience expectations. The role requires disciplined adherence to ITIL-aligned operational processes, CAB governance, approved Method of Procedure documentation, incident and problem management, configuration control, audit evidence capture, and operational risk management.
The role works closely with Critical Operations, ICT, Cybersecurity, Facilities Operations, APAC SMEs, MSPs, vendors, and customer-facing teams to ensure ICT/OT systems are secure, resilient, supportable, accurately documented, and changed only through approved processes.
This is a unique opportunity to join STACK Infrastructure at the early stages of the business growth in Australia and APAC, a fast-growing global Hyperscale Data Centre provider and leader. We are an energetic, collaborative and dynamic team offering a tremendous career opportunity in an organisation that values work life balance.
