Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to refine and evolve our compiler architecture.

Improve compiler robustness, efficiency, determinism, and maintainability through rigorous testing and benchmarking.

Engage in research and development activities, contributing innovative solutions to complex compiler-related challenges.

### Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

Deep expertise in compiler design and implementation using LLVM or custom compiler toolchains.

Proficiency in C++

Strong grasp of compiler internals, optimization techniques, and code generation strategies.

Proven experience with performance optimization and deterministic system constraints.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a rigorous engineering mindset.

### Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing compilers for domain-specific languages (DSLs).

Familiarity with real-time, embedded, or mission-critical systems.

Experience integrating compilers within broader software and hardware development ecosystems.

### Why Revel

Join a world-class team of engineers with decades of critical software applications experience.

Work on groundbreaking technology that directly impacts critical infrastructure and high-stakes industries with strong early traction.

Competitive salary, substantial equity, and significant personal growth opportunities.
