About Pelico

Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor.

We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones.

Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.

This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside.

About the Role

Pelico is hiring a Senior Product Manager — Core Platform to own one or more of the shared components that every Pelico product is built on.

Pelico is moving from features built per use case to a platform of configurable components: the data model and the engines that compute on it, the configuration layer, UI building blocks, workflows and actions, and the platform services around them. Solution teams, forward deployed engineers and AI agents combine these components to deliver a use case for a customer. The quality of that base decides how fast Pelico delivers, how well it scales and whether customers trust what they see.

You will own part of that base and run it as a product. Its users are internal teams and agents as much as planners and buyers at customer sites. The exact scope depends on your profile and the team's needs. The role is technical: you need to discuss data structures, APIs, performance and configuration models as easily as user workflows.

What You'll Do

Own one or more platform components end to end. Depending on the team's needs, this can be the data model and how customer data maps into it, the computation engines, the configuration layer, configurable UI building blocks (tables, detail views, dashboards), the action library and write-back to customer systems, or platform services such as access control and notifications.

Treat internal teams as your customers. Understand what solution PMs, forward deployed engineers and the agent team need, and turn repeated requests into reusable components instead of one-off builds.

Make components configurable, not custom. Decide what is configured, at which level (common, solution, customer), and where custom code is still acceptable. Cut the time it takes to deliver a new use case.

Design for agents as well as people. Give components clear interfaces so workflows and AI agents can call them as tools, with audit, limits and approvals.

Hold the bar on scale, reliability and trust. Enterprise data volumes, near real-time updates, on-prem and sovereign deployments, security reviews. Performance, correctness and explainability are product requirements.

Stay close to customers. Spend time with users and deployment teams at strategic accounts to see where the platform helps them and where it gets in the way.

Keep the platform coherent. Work with the other platform PMs and with design on shared vocabulary, data contracts and dependencies, so components fit together.

Run the roadmap. Write specs, set priorities with the tech lead, ship on the release train, and measure how other teams adopt your components and what it changes for customers.

About You

Product management: 5+ years as a PM in B2B software, including time owning a platform, infrastructure or developer-facing product used by other teams.
