Pariveda is seeking a HR Operations Compliance Lead to join our Care & Support Operations & Compliance team in our Dallas office. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day HR operations and compliance programs while partnering with Legal, Care & Support leadership, and stakeholders across the firm. You’ll combine strong program and project management with a people-first mindset to interpret evolving requirements, reduce risk, improve HR processes, and deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience.

You Can Expect To

As a HR Operations Compliance Lead, you can expect to:

· Lead day-to-day HR Operations and Compliance activities, serving as a subject-matter resource and maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog.

· Program-manage compliance initiatives by partnering with Legal and Care & Support leadership to monitor legislative changes, interpret requirements, and implement compliant policy and process updates.

· Lead annual compliance programs, including training rollouts, policy and handbook reviews, employee communications and acknowledgements, and required regulatory filings.

· Oversee employee-facing agreements and templates—including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and Remote Employee Agreements—to ensure they remain current, compliant, and standardized.

· Own the offboarding program and process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant terminations, separation documentation, unemployment claims, rehire eligibility, exit interviews, and process improvements.

· Lead cross-functional HR projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, project ceremonies, and stakeholder communications.

· Manage and improve HR systems, documentation, and operational processes so information is accurate, accessible, sustainable, and easy to use.

· Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to HR Coordinators and project team members, clarifying priorities and supporting high-quality execution.

· Oversee specialized HR operations processes, including subcontractor testing and quality assurance facilitation, ensuring standards, deadlines, and escalation paths are met.

· Analyze operational and exit data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, translating insights into recommendations for leadership.

· Other ad-hoc HR Operations and Compliance projects and duties as assigned.

We Look For

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or an employee-facing role.

· People-first, service-oriented mindset with experience supporting employees and leaders, along with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.

· Working knowledge of federal, state, provincial, and local labor laws, with the ability to research requirements and translate them into practical policies, processes, and programs.

· Strong time management across recurring cycles, compliance deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects.

· Clear ownership and follow-through, using project and task-management tools to track risks, dependencies, deliverables, and commitments.
