Define and evolve standards and reference architectures for office LAN, WLAN, WAN, internet edge, firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and observability.

Lead end-to-end network delivery for new offices, expansions, relocations, and major infrastructure changes, from design through launch and operational handover.

Own technical designs covering IP addressing, VLANs, routing, wireless, carrier connectivity, resiliency, firewall zones, and enterprise-service access.

Operate and improve Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, NAC, VPN, and related network platforms.

Lead complex incidents and escalations, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, postmortems, and reliability improvements.

Maintain monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, lifecycle management, runbooks, rollback plans, and operational handovers for global office infrastructure.

Drive vulnerability remediation, security-control implementation, audit evidence, and clear RACI definitions across infrastructure operations.

Coordinate technical work with vendors, carriers, data-center teams, security teams, facilities partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Run team rituals and coordinate initiatives from ideation through final launch in partnership with peers.

Promote automation, accurate documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI-enabled practices that reduce operational silos and improve service quality.

### We are looking for a person who has

Experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise or office networks across multiple sites.

Hands-on knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, and network resiliency.

Experience designing and operating enterprise firewalls, segmentation, access policies, certificates, firmware, VPNs, and secure network controls.

Experience with wireless design, RF analysis, access-point planning, authentication, and troubleshooting.

Experience leading infrastructure projects involving multiple teams, locations, vendors, and physical dependencies.

Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, troubleshooting, post-incident reviews, and reliability improvement.

Understanding of vulnerability management, audit requirements, security controls, and ownership models such as RACI.

Experience providing technical direction while remaining comfortable with hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.

Experience communicating technical decisions, managing stakeholders, documenting systems, and collaborating asynchronously across teams.
