Product Manager, Patient Access & Fulfilment
Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. With more and more data coming from wearables, lab tests, and patient–doctor interactions, we’re entering an era where data is abundant.
Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: build the infrastructure that makes predictive, personalized care possible.
If you're passionate about how technology can supercharge healthcare, you’ll fit right in.
Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, we’re working to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time: making healthcare personalized, proactive, and affordable. We’re already connecting millions and scaling fast.
Short on time? TL;DR
You: Experienced PM who's shipped complex, technical B2B products that clinicians rely on. The messier the problem space, the more at home you'll feel here
Us: Team of ~60, (3 in Product), lab volume 6x’d in the last year, powering millions of lab tests across all the US.
Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 + equity
Location: Remote EST ONLY
Why we need you
Junction sits at the center of labs, providers, and the developers building on top of us. We process 20M lab tests a year today and are on track for 60M next year. That means every 300th outpatient lab test in the USA already runs through our systems, and by end of next year we endeavor to make it every 100th. The product decisions we make now will shape how we get there.
You'll own the clinical side of our labs product, from what providers can order to how results reach them, and what happens when something critical needs attention. You'll tackle complex workflows across a growing array of lab partners, build a best-in-class provider experience, and make sure it all scales reliably.
You'll report to our Head of Product, work closely with engineering from discovery to shipping, and help shape how we build product at Junction.
What you'll be doing day to day
Own clinical coverage: the range of tests our customers can access through our lab integrations and partnerships, and making sure they can order the best possible tests for their patients.
Own result quality: matching, normalization and turnaround, including how providers resolve results that cannot be matched automatically.
Own the provider experience: how providers order tests, review results and handle critical values, in our dashboard and through the API.
Find new ways to deliver clinical value: new tests, ordering options and ways for providers to act on results.
Make calls with incomplete information: and flag the ones that need a wider conversation. Don't leave your team waiting on you.
Turn real-world signal into roadmap: customer pain, production issues, vendor behavior, support escalations. You're the person who sees the pattern and does something with it.
Partner with Product Ops on launches: so GTM, Success, Support and Operations are ready when the product is.
Help build the product function: how we plan, how we write, how we talk to customers, how we measure success.
Requirements
Provider and healthcare experience: you've built products used by clinicians, and you've spent real time understanding how providers work day to day, whether in clinics, hospitals or inside EHRs.
Startup PM experience: you've owned an area end-to-end at an early-stage company (Series A–C or equivalent), ideally as a founding or early PM.
Understand healthcare deeply: You understand how incentives, economics, and relationships between providers, payers, and patients shape how healthcare actually works. You can navigate the gap between what should happen and what the system rewards—and build products that succeed within it.
Complex B2B product experience: you've built products that stay simple in the face of complexity, with heavy third-party dependencies and regulated constraints.
Comfortable with technical depth: you can write SQL, read an API doc, you don't need to code, but you need to hold your own with engineers.
