About Us

Integrate is building the first real-time, cross-boundary project management platform for the world’s most complex programs. We started with one of the most complex customers on earth, the U.S. government. Its programs span thousands of people, multiple organizations, billion-dollar budgets, and differentiated security environments. And somehow, too much of that work still runs on stale schedules, spreadsheets, hand-built slides, and project management software stuck in the Tetris era.

We’re changing that. Based in Seattle, Integrate has secured a $25 million U.S. Space Force contract and expanded across government and commercial programs, raised a $17 million Series A led by FPV Ventures, secured backing from J.P. Morgan, and built software that operates across government and commercial environments, from unclassified work to Top Secret networks.

We move fast, keep the egos low, and make room for quirks, strong opinions, fun, and the occasional chaos of building things from scratch with extreme velocity. We offer strong benefits, real ownership, and ambitious work with people you actually want to be around.

Our Solution

Integrate gives complex programs something they have never had before. One real-time schedule that can operate across organizations, security boundaries, and classification levels without fragmenting the schedule.

The program stays live as it changes. Teams can see how the program has moved, understand how a change ripples downstream, surface risk before it compounds, and control access down to the individual element. And our AI architecture works from that same continuously updated program state. It understands what is happening now, not a report assembled days or weeks ago. The schedule stops being a static plan and becomes a living reflection of the program itself.

We’re nowhere near done. We want to set a new standard for how the world’s most complex work gets done, and we won’t stop until we do.

About the Role

We're hiring our first Delivery Manager to own how Integrate gets product into customers' hands. This isn't a project manager role or a coding role. It sits between product and engineering. Product is focused on what we should build and why. Engineering is focused on how to build it. Your job is to make sure what product intends is understood clearly by engineering, and that engineering's timelines, tradeoffs, and blockers are just as clear to product. You keep the path from idea to shipped software visible and moving.

This is a servant-leadership role. You're here to clear the way for teams, not to police process. Today that work is spread across product leads and engineering managers. You'll own it end to end, so they can focus on their own jobs. You'll know what shipped, what's next, and what's blocking it, often before anyone else does.

Integrate is an evergreen product, not a series of fixed-scope projects. We usually know the outcome we want before we know what the feature looks like. That ambiguity is normal here, and you'll help the team deliver well within it.

What You’ll Work On

Find and remove what's slowing delivery across our product teams. That means asking good questions, digging in, and working with engineers to understand a blocker even when the technical reason isn't obvious to you at first. When you can't clear something yourself, you know when and how to escalate

Own the release calendar: what's shipping, what fits in the next release, and what has to be true before something goes out

Track and protect our high-integrity commitments, the firm dates we make to customers and partners, and keep them visible alongside our day-to-day iterative work

Manage dependencies across teams, and flag early when one effort is about to collide with another

Turn product intent into shared understanding for engineering, and turn engineering's timelines, dependencies, and sequencing into clear updates for product and leadership

Build Integrate's first delivery metrics. That includes flow and cycle time, time-to-customer, defect trends, and mean time to detect and resolve issues. Turn them into a clear story about how we're progressing, where we're stuck, and where we're improving
