Handshake AI supports all of the frontier AI labs, working on their most complex data at the largest scale. ### About The Role Handshake AI is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Labs & Research, the business that works with frontier AI labs on evaluations, benchmarks and expert data. You will be the product marketer for that business: how we describe what we sell to labs, how each product and benchmark goes to market, and what the Labs team has in hand when they talk to a lab. You partner with Research and Labs leadership on what we build and publish, with the Labs go-to-market team on what they need to sell, and benchmark marketing. Positioning and messaging: Own the positioning for Handshake AI Labs and each of its offerings. Define who we sell to at a lab, what they care about, what we say, what we don't, and the proof behind it. Keep it consistent across the website, decks and sales conversations. Go-to-market and launches: Run the go-to-market plan for new Labs products and each public benchmark: target buyer, launch messaging, website and product pages, sales materials, sequencing with the research team. Build the launch playbook so every launch runs the same way. Sales enablement: Build what the Labs team uses with labs: pitch narrative, one-pagers, case studies, proof points, objection handling and competitive battlecards. Market, customer and competitive insight: Know how lab researchers and buyers evaluate data and eval vendors, what they ask for, where we win and lose, and how competitors position. Bring that back to research and product as recommendations on what to build and how to package it. Measurement: Define what good looks like for Labs marketing and report on it. Lead the team: Manage and grow the Labs product marketing team. Set priorities, coach, review the work, and own the output. ### You Have 6+ years in product marketing, including marketing a technical product to a technical buyer (ML teams, researchers, developers, data scientists), and 2+ years managing product marketers Positioning and messaging you built from scratch and can show, and the launches and sales materials that ran on it Enough AI/ML fluency to read a benchmark paper, ask a researcher the right questions and be credible in the room; you learn technical material fast Experience building sales enablement that a go-to-market team actually used Experience running competitive analysis that changed how a company positioned or sold Clear writing and the judgment to keep claims to what the research supports Excitement for Handshake's mission and the AI economy ### Bonus Points Experience at an AI lab, AI data or evals company, developer tools or research-led company --- Data: alder (https://alderhq.app).
