As part of the founding engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform and helping some of the world’s largest companies eliminate their manual accounting work. You’ll work side-by-side with our founders to turn ideas into high-performing, elegant features that slot seamlessly into our customers’ existing processes. We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator. ### What you’ll do Build and enhance AI-powered automation tools for invoice processing, ERP integration, and complete accounting workflows. Architect performant, scalable, and reliable solutions for mission-critical finance operations. Optimize and refine AI models for accuracy, speed, and usability in real-world scenarios. Deliver exceptional user experiences through thoughtful UI/UX design, using frameworks like React, Node. Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Web, ERP technology, and automation - and bring the best of them into our platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges, ensuring our AI-powered workflows run reliably at scale. ### What we’re looking for 3–5+ years in full-stack development, ideally building AI-powered or enterprise-focused products.
