You can give direct, thoughtful feedback to open-source contributors and help them work better without slowing them down You have a strong grasp of design patterns and system design, and you can apply them in a production codebase You can work fluidly across departments, such as design, customer-facing teams, and engineering, and you’re great at communicating needs and tradeoffs You’re ambitious about your own growth and want to use this role to get somewhere specific, not staying comfortable anywhere for long.
