Prepare high-quality materials for executive and board-level audiences, including briefings, decision memoranda, and performance reviews.

Identify operational gaps and recommend prioritized solutions, tracking execution and measuring business impact.

Serve as a key connector across functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication on strategic initiatives.

### Corporate Development Support

Maintain competitive intelligence on adjacent companies and market participants relevant to DDN’s growth strategy.

### Corporate Strategy

Contribute to annual and multi-year strategic planning processes, including market sizing, scenario modeling, and prioritization exercises.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic decisions across product, go-to-market, and geographic expansion initiatives.

Support investor relations and fundraising activities through research, benchmarking, and narrative development.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Assist in drafting executive communications, strategic planning documents, and organizational announcements.
