About the Role

Join the go-to-market team at a cybersecurity company as a Business Development Representative focused on small and midsize businesses in the DACH region. You will generate new pipeline through high-volume outbound sales and help build a reliable flow of qualified opportunities for the account executive team.

What You'll Do

Build new pipeline through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Manage an SMB territory in the DACH region and meet daily activity and outreach targets.

Conduct discovery and qualification calls, then pass qualified opportunities to account executives.

Keep CRM records and pipeline tracking accurate in HubSpot.

Coordinate with go-to-market leadership and account executives to maintain a steady flow of qualified meetings.

Use feedback and performance data to improve outreach and identify useful automation opportunities.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, sales, business development, or similar environment, including internships or working-student roles.

Experience in business development or sales, including outbound prospecting and discovery or qualification calls; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.

Experience working with KPIs and activity metrics to measure and improve performance.

Native or fluent German at C2 level and strong English skills.

Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree.

Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.

Early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Local work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with one day per week on-site. The team works within EU time zones and communicates daily through a virtual office.
