### About the Role

Join a small team building AI-powered workflows for private-market operations. You will own technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch, and help shape the product with insights from real-world deployments.

### What You'll Do

Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from discovery through production.

Work directly with customer teams to understand their workflows and identify adoption barriers.

Translate customer processes into AI-driven workflows using the platform.

Build tailored prototypes, iterate quickly, and adjust scope based on customer feedback.

Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.

### What We're Looking For

One to six years of experience shipping production software.

Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, including NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.

Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.

Ability to own technical delivery end to end and work closely with a founding team in person.

Empathy for private-market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is a plus.

### Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
