Role Overview

We are actively seeking an Associate Partner to join HealthScape as we grow our Technology offerings. Associate Partners in Technology advise payer executives on high-stakes technology decisions and lead transformations spanning business and technology architecture, platform modernization, cloud, data, integration, AI, and technology operating models. They shape complex engagements across HealthScape’s Technology focus areas, connect technology choices to enterprise economics and operating outcomes, and mobilize clients around practical roadmaps, implementation, and value realization. Associate Partners also grow client relationships, build offerings and thought leadership, and develop the capabilities of our teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex payer technology engagements from strategy and assessment through roadmap development, implementation planning, execution oversight, and value realization.

Structure ill-defined business and technology problems and develop frameworks connecting payer strategy, operations, architecture, data, and economics.

Advise clients across Technology focus areas while connecting specialized decisions to the broader payer ecosystem and enterprise transformation agenda.

Guide business, enterprise, and solution architecture linking business capabilities, platforms, data, integration, cloud, and AI into a coherent target state.

Translate business strategy into technology blueprints, capability maps, architecture principles, sequencing decisions, and investment roadmaps.

Advise where to replace, supplement, build, integrate, or rationalize core platforms, intelligence layers, data products, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead complex transformations from mobilization through execution and value realization, establishing executive governance and aligning architecture, operating models, vendors, and delivery teams.

Build trusted relationships with CIOs, COOs, and other executives; influence decisions, align stakeholders, and identify emerging opportunities.

Lead business development, proposals, statements of work, offering development, thought leadership, and account expansion across the payer Technology portfolio.

Develop repeatable delivery methods, intellectual property, accelerators, and partner models that improve engagement quality, speed, and economics.
