You'll own the product function at the highest level: the company-visible roadmap, prioritization across surfaces, product analytics, process, and team structure. You'll build the roadmapping and metrics discipline the company runs on — and grow and lead the PM team. This is not a pure leadership perch. Like everyone at Chariot, you stay hands-on: close to customers, close to the product, personally owning the most important problem statements while operating above the individual product areas and making everything fit together cohesively.
