Partner with sales, finance, legal, engineering, and product teams to review, structure, and approve complex bundled deals, ensuring alignment with company strategy, pricing, and compliance.

Prepare technical accounting memos for complex revenue transactions to ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance, including contract review, identification and allocation of performance obligations, and documentation for bundled software and services offerings.

Own the company's revenue recognition policies, researching new and complex transactions, documenting technical accounting positions, and updating guidance to maintain ASC 606 compliance.

Process and review customer orders in Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring accurate contract, billing, and revenue data flows between systems and resolving discrepancies across the order-to-cash cycle.

Establish a process and cadence for determining SSP for existing and new products.

Support monthly close, revenue forecasting, and audit readiness activities within the Accounting organization, including preparing revenue schedules, booking revenue journal entries, and reconciling revenue-related GL accounts.

6+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with a focus on software businesses.

Deep understanding of ASC 606 and experience with complex, multi-year software platform contracts and revenue recognition.

Demonstrated experience preparing technical accounting memos for revenue recognition and other complex transactions.
