These agents help people understand their coverage, find providers, schedule appointments, navigate billing, and more—all while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and the trust that healthcare demands. Discover where agents will make an impact: Ground-up discovery is a critical part of the role. Work closely with providers, payers, RCMs and pharmaceutical companies to identify new use cases and opportunities for AI Agents to deliver impact for their business.
