We're ultra-hardworking people committed to solving tough problems that save precious time and energy. ### About the role ### What You'll Do Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across robotics, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering Develop creative, research-driven sourcing strategies to find candidates who aren't actively looking Write outreach that resonates - personalized, specific, and reflective of a genuine understanding of the candidate's background Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each role Maintain a sharp, accurate view of the talent landscape - who's doing interesting work, where, and why they might be open to a conversation Continuously refine your approach based on what's working and what's not ### Who You Are You don't need a script; you can reason through a hard problem, craft a strategy, and adjust on the fly.
