If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

### About the Role

Crusoe is looking for an organized, proactive, and execution-driven Workplace Project Manager, Real Estate to lead workplace design and construction projects across our growing global portfolio.

This role will manage projects from initial planning and scoping through design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project schedules, budgets, design coordination, vendor performance, and cross-functional workstreams while ensuring projects align with Crusoe’s workplace standards, operational needs, and employee experience goals.

The Project Manager will independently lead assigned projects and work closely with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, consultants, landlords, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The Project Manager will also partner with teams responsible for Crusoe’s colocation, data center, and manufacturing sites, providing workplace planning and design expertise for the office and employee-facing portions of these projects. This includes programming, space planning, workplace standards, employee experience, and FF&E procurement, while the broader project remains under the ownership of the respective business or project team.
